Big Brother Naija Level Up edition winner, Ijeoma Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has accused Nigerian billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote and his company, the Dangote Group, of alleged interference in a case involving a truck that reportedly hit her sister.

The reality TV star made the allegations in a post on her Instagram page late Wednesday night, August 13, 2025.

Phyna claimed that instead of prioritising her sister’s medical condition, representatives of the Dangote Group allegedly instructed the police to remove the plate number of the truck involved in the incident. She further alleged that one of the company’s managers was scheduled to visit the police station rather than the hospital where her sister was receiving treatment.

“Dear, @aliko_dangotegcon @dangotegroup, from all that has happened, you decided to rather tell the Nigerian police to remove the plate number on the truck that crushed my sister, and also, one of your managers is going to the station tomorrow. What happened to seeing my sister first? If that truck and your driver should leave that station?

I will be right back. I’m attending to my sister first. Na money you get, you won’t be God. But my God is bigger enough. Is enough, una don too cho people, but you see this? Ahhhhh,” she wrote.

As of press time, neither Dangote nor the Dangote Group had issued an official statement responding to the allegations.

The incident has generated heated reactions on social media, with many Nigerians calling for transparency and justice in the matter.
